Diercks tops Late Model feature at Farmer City Raceway

Friday night found Spencer Diercks making a surprise start at Farmer City Raceway (Farmer City, Ill.) aboard his Rockstar Energy Drink No. 29 Late Model.

After picking up a flag-to-flag victory in his heat race, Diercks stormed into the lead on the sixth circuit of the feature and paced the remainder of the 25-lapper to secure his first Late Model win of 2024 and sixth overall on the season. He earned $1,500.

On Saturday night, Spencer joined a field of 20 WABAM Dirt Kings Tour entries at Winneshiek Raceway (Decorah, Iowa) for the King of the Bullring 40. With a fourth-place finish in his heat race pinning him on the fifth row for the $5,000-to-win A-Main, Diercks climbed four positions in the 40-lap affair to register a sixth-place finish.
