High side rally lands Diercks runner-up finish at Davenport

Behind the wheel of his Lindquist Ford No. 29 Modified, Spencer Diercks made the short trip to Davenport Speedway (Davenport, Iowa) on Friday afternoon to take part the impromptu Dirt in November. With 30 IMCA Modifieds registered for the $1,000-to-win A-Main, Spencer jumped up three spots in his heat race to finish second behind Jason Bahrs. After a lap two tangle sent him to the tail of the feature, Diercks weaved through the field on the high-side to place second behind Jeff Aikey with Tyler Droste, Matt Werner, and Jason Bahrs rounding out the Top-5.
