Seventh-place finish in Late Model at Fayette County

After grabbing the fourth-and-final transfer spot in his heat race, Diercks was an early retiree from the 40-lap feature on the 10th circuit.

Joining the Hoker Trucking Series on Thursday, Spencer traveled to Cresco Speedway (Cresco, Iowa) for the Mighty Howard County Fair Race. Following a fifth-place finish in his heat, Diercks pulled off on lap 25 of the feature. He was credited with a 20th-place outing.

On Friday evening at Fayette County Speedway (West Union, Iowa), Diercks secured his spot into the $3,000-to-win A-Main with a fourth-place finish in his heat. Carrying a steady pace in the 30-lapper, Spencer scored a seventh-place finish.
